Dr. Teo is a senior consultant physician with more than 30 years of clinical experience in hematology and stem cell therapy. He led the development of bone marrow and peripheral stem cell transplantation programs in two major Singapore tertiary hospitals and has overseen hundreds of stem cell-related therapeutic interventions throughout his career.
As Chairman and Co-Founder of StemCord, one of Singapore’s established cord blood banking institutions, he has played a key role in advancing ethical sourcing, cellular preservation sciences, and clinical safety standards in the region.
At StemCord Therapeutics, Dr. Teo provides medical oversight in the selection, safety validation, and clinical use of human umbilical cord-derived Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs), ensuring that all therapies follow responsible and medically guided protocols.

Dr. Jay Yong focuses on the science of healthy aging, cellular resilience, and preventive health. With a background in clinical medicine and a strong research interest in Geroscience, he works with individuals who aim to sustain vitality, cognitive clarity, and long-term metabolic wellness.
Over recent years, Dr. Jay has collaborated closely with Dr. Teo in the study and clinical application of Mesenchymal Stem Cells (MSCs) for immune balance, recovery support, and healthspan optimization. He integrates cellular therapy with nutrition, inflammation control, and biological age assessment to guide clients toward sustainable longevity practices.
At StemCord Therapeutics, he leads client health planning, ensuring each MSC therapy is individualized and aligned with long-term preventive goals.
Dr Yong is licensed to practice medicine in Malaysia.

Dr. Leo is a board-certified physician with more than two decades of clinical experience in patient care, minimally invasive procedures, and tissue-repair focused medicine. His background in dermatology and skin biology has shaped his long-standing interest in cellular healing, immune modulation, and regenerative health.
As Medical Director of StemCord Therapeutics, Dr. Leo oversees the safe delivery of Mesenchymal Stem Cell (MSC) infusion therapies, ensuring precise handling, infusion integrity, and patient monitoring in accordance with medical protocols and regulatory standards. He leads clinical operations, infusion oversight, clinical documentation, and patient follow-up pathways.
Dr. Leo continues to advance his specialization in regenerative and cellular therapeutics under the medical advisory direction of senior specialists in the field. His approach is attentive, patient-centered, and rooted in the belief that supporting cellular repair is key to healthier, longer living.
